Integrating Tarjeeh with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Tarjeeh account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Tarjeeh to obtain the following details:

  • Password: The password for accessing your Tarjeeh account.

You can reach out to Tarjeeh Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at app.shipra.io.

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for Tarjeeh

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Tarjeeh Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Fill Order Detail

Payment Type (select One):

Payment Mode

Description

card_only

Only card payments are accepted

cash_only

Only cash payments are accepted

Order Type (Select one) :

  • Order NoSelect if you do not have a reference number.

  • Ref NoSelect if you do have a reference number.

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Tarjeeh Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
