Integrating Flow with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Flow account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Flow to obtain the following details:

  • API Key : Your unique identifier for your Flow.

  • Customer Code : The Customer Code  for accessing your Flow account.

You can reach out to Flow Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at app.shipra.io.

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for Flow

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Flow Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Fill Order Detail

Service Type(Select One):

  • Delivery – Standard order service where items are shipped to the customer.

  • Return_Only – Service for processing product returns without a new delivery.

  • International – Delivery service for orders shipped to addresses outside the domestic region.

Consignment Type

  • Forward– Goods are shipped from the seller to the customer as part of a standard outbound delivery.

Load Type

  • Non-Document

Order Ref Type:

  • Order NoSelect if you do not have a reference number.

  • Ref NoSelect if you do have a reference number.

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Flow Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
