Integrating Ajex with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Ajex account with Shipra.
Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Ajex to obtain the following details:
Username: The username associated with your Ajex account.
Password: The password for accessing your Ajex account.
You can reach out to Ajex Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.
Log in to your Shipra account at .
Go to Integrations -> Carriers
In the list of all carriers, search for Ajex
click on activate
Enter Ajex Credentials
PickupMethod
Select one of them:
DROP_OFF: The sender drops the parcel at AJEX Service Centers.
PICKUP: The courier comes at sender location to pick the parcel.
FULFILLMENT: Customer has the items in AJEX warehouses
Payment Method
Select one of them:
Currently supported option is
SENDER_INSTALLMENT: The sender pays in installments.
Customer Account: Account number provided by AJEX for the Customer.
Contact Type
Select one of them:
INDIVIDUAL
ENTERPRISE
Address Type
Select one of them:
COORDINATES: longitude and latitude pairs.
LOOKUP: Address data that matches the addresses defined in AJEX system. AJEX address lookup can provided ofline.
FREE_TEXT : Allows collecting free-text input from end users, which is not restricted to address lookup data. The API will try to match the System’s address definition if valid input is provided. The same fields that are used for LOOKUP can be used in the case of FREE_TEXT.
NATIONAL_ADDRESS: A short national address that fully defines the location.
Weight: The actual weight of the package itself.
Quantity: The actual quantity of the package.
Fulfillment Time Option
Select one of them:
SAMEDAY:When customer wants the order to be fulfilled within the same day.
NEXTDAY: When customer wants the order to be fulfilled in the next day.
SCHEDULED: When customer wants the order to be fulfilled (can pass any date in future).
Service Name
IN01: cash on delivery (COD)
Order Type: Select one option from the list below.
Order No – Select if you do not have a reference number.
Ref No – Select if you do have a reference number.
Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.
Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Ajex Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
