Getting Started with Shipra

Welcome to Shipra! Follow this guide to begin using Shipra efficiently, from sign-up to managing your orders and shipping.

1. Sign Up

Start by creating an account:

  • Visit the Shipra website.

  • Click the Sign Up button.

  • Fill in your details (name, email, password).

  • Proceed to create your account.

2. Choose a Subscription Plan

Once signed up, you’ll be prompted to choose a subscription plan based on your order volume:

3. Add Payment Details

After selecting your plan:

  • Securely enter your payment information.

  • Confirm the payment to finalize your subscription.

4. Email Confirmation

Next, check your inbox for a confirmation email:

  • Click the link provided to verify your account.

  • You’re now ready to use Shipra!

5. Create an Order

You can create two types of orders in Shipra:

  • Regular Orders: Orders without inventory usage.

  • Fulfillable Orders: For fulfillable orders, ensure the product is first created in the system's inventory. This type of order tracks stock levels and is based on available products.

6. Activate Shipping Carriers

To ship your orders:

  • Go to the Integration section.

  • Activate the shipping carriers you want to use.

  • You can activate multiple carriers based on your requirements.

7. Assign Orders to Carriers

After activating carriers:

  • Navigate to the Orders screen.

  • Select the orders you want to ship.

  • Assign them to the active carriers of your choice.

8. Download Shipping Labels

Once the order is assigned to a carrier:

  • Shipra will generate a shipping label.

  • Download the label and attach it to your shipment.
