Integrating Eco Express with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Eco Express account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Eco Express to obtain the following details:

  • Api Token: Your unique identifier for your Eco Express.

You can reach out to Eco Express Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at .

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for Eco Express

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Eco Express Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Eco Express Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.

No additional setup is required for webhooks
