Integrating J&T Express with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your J&T Express account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact J&T Express to obtain the following details:

  • Api Account : Your unique identifier for your J&T Express.

  • Customer Account :Your unique identifier for your J&T Express.

  • Private Key : The private key  associated with your J&T Express account.

  • Password: The password for accessing your J&T Express account.

You can reach out to J&T Express Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at app.shipra.io.

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for J&T Express

click on activate

Step 3

Enter J&T Express Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Fill the order Detail

Currency Code(select one):

  • AED – United Arab Emirates Dirham

Order Type: Select one option from the list below.

  • Order NoSelect if you do not have a reference number

  • Ref NoSelect if you do have a reference number

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from J&T Express Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
