# J\&T Express
Integrating J\&T Express with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your J\&T Express account with Shipra.
## Before You Start
Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact J\&T Express to obtain the following details:
* **Api Account** : Your unique identifier for your J\&T Express.
* **Customer Account** :Your unique identifier for your J\&T Express.
* **Private Key** : The private key associated with your J\&T Express account.
* **Password**: The password for accessing your J\&T Express account.
You can reach out to J\&T Express Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.
## Step-by-Step Integration
### Step 1
Log in to your Shipra account at [app.shipra.io](https://app.shipra.io/).
### Step 2
Go to Integrations -> Carriers
In the list of all carriers, search for J\&T Express
click on activate
### Step 3
Enter J\&T Express Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

### Fill the order Detail
**Currency Code(select one):**
* AED – United Arab Emirates Dirham
**Order Type**: Select one option from the list below.
* **Order No** – *Select if you do **not** have a reference number*
* **Ref No** – *Select if you **do** have a reference number*
Once you have entered these credentials, click **Activate** to link the two systems.
Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a **webhook** to receive status updates from J\&T Express Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
No additional setup is required for **webhooks**
