Integrating Reverse Logistics with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Reverse Logistics account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Reverse Logistics to obtain the following details:

  • Secure Key : The Secure Key  for accessing your Reverse Logistics account.

You can reach out to Reverse Logistics Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at app.shipra.io.

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for Reverse Logistics

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Reverse Logistics Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Fill Order Detail

Client Code : The Client Code  for accessing your Reverse Logistics account.

Order Ref Type:

  • Order NoSelect if you do not have a reference number.

  • Ref NoSelect if you do have a reference number.

You have entered these credentials. Click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Reverse Logistics Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
