Integrating Elite with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Elite account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Elite to obtain the following details:

  • Username: The username associated with your Elite account.

  • Password: The password for accessing your Elite account.

You can reach out to Elite Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at app.shipra.io.

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for Elite

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Elite Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Fill Order detail

Delivery Type : Service type of consignment.

Select one of them:

  • Same Day

  • Next Day

Consignment Load Type (Select one):

  • Document

  • Non-Document

Consignment Type 

Select one of them:

Description

FORWARD

Forward pickup – shipment is sent from the sender to the customer.

REVERSE

Reverse pickup – shipment is collected from the customer and returned to the sender or warehouse.

Origin Address Type : Drop address type.

Normal

Standard delivery address.

Western

Designated for deliveries through Western hubs or areas.

Destination Address Type: Same as Origin address type.

Weight: Weight of consignment(Eg:1.5 weight unit should be KG).

Order Ref Type:

  • Order NoSelect if you do not have a reference number.

  • Ref NoSelect if you do have a reference number.

Fill Store detail

House No: Villa/Apartment Number/Office (Number of pickup address) E.g.: "A-112".

Building Name : Building Name of pickup address Eg: "Building Name".

Landmark : Landmark of pickup address Eg: "Phase 5"

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Elite Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
