Integrating Imile with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Imile account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Imile to obtain the following details:

  • Customer ID : Your unique identifier for your Imile.

  • Secret Key : The Secret Key  for accessing your Imile account.

You can reach out to Imile Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at .

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for Imile

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Imile Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Fill Order Detail

Sku Weight: the total weight of a package.

Order Ref Type:

  • Order No – Select if you do not have a reference number.

  • Ref No – Select if you do have a reference number.

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Imile Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.

No additional setup is required for webhooks
