Integrating Prestige Pulse with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Prestige Pulse account with Shipra.
Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Prestige Pulse to obtain the following details:
Api Key: Your unique identifier for your Prestige Pulse.
You can reach out to Prestige Pulse Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.
Log in to your Shipra account at .
Go to Integrations -> Carriers
In the list of all carriers, search for Prestige Pulse
click on activate
Enter Prestige Pulse Credentials

Order Ref Type:
Order No – Select if you do not have a reference number.
Ref No – Select if you do have a reference number.
Customer Order
Placed directly by the end customer for personal or business use.
Agent Order
Placed by an authorized agent on behalf of the customer.
Third Party Order
Placed by a third party not directly affiliated with the customer or agent.
Label
A shipping label to be affixed to the package.
AWB
Air Waybill (AWB) used for tracking and shipping.
Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.
Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Prestige Pulse Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
No additional setup is required for webhooks
