Integrating Postaplus with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Postaplus account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Postaplus to obtain the following details:

  • Api Key: Your unique identifier for your Postaplus.

You can reach out to Postaplus Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at .

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for Postaplus

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Postaplus Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Enter Order Detail

User Name: The username associated with your Postaplus account. Customer Number: Enter the Customer Account Code, e.g., CR21001081 Tenant: DXB (Select from options; e.g., DXB for Dubai)

Shipment Type: Select one option from the list below

  • SHPT2 – Select for non-document orders

Package Type: Select one option from the list below

  • Box – For orders in a box

  • Bag – For orders in a bag

  • PCKT2 – Also for orders in a box

Service Type: Select one option from the list below

  • SRV1 – Domestic - Same Day Delivery

  • SRV6 – Domestic - Next Day Delivery

  • SRV5 – Domestic - On Demand

  • SRV500 – On Demand

  • SRV3 – International - Express

  • SRV30 – International - Economy

  • SRV51 – By Road

Width: Enter a value greater than 1

Height: Enter a value greater than 1

Depth: Enter a value greater than 1

Actual Weight: Enter a value greater than 1

Order Ref Type:

  • Order No – Select if you do not have a reference number

  • Ref No – Select if you do have a reference number

Currency: AED (Use AED for Dubai orders) Consignee Email: Enter the email address of the order sender

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Postaplus Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.

No additional setup is required for webhooks
