Integrating C3x with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your C3x account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact C3x to obtain the following details:

  • Account Number: Your unique identifier for your C3x.

  • Username: The username associated with your C3x account.

  • Password: The password for accessing your C3x account.

  • Country: The country associated with your C3x account.

You can reach out to C3x Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at app.shipra.io.

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for C3x

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Values C3x

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Fill Order Detail

Product Type:

  • XPS

Service Types(Select one option from the list below):

Service Type

Description

1. NOR

For prepaid shipments

2. CAD

Cash on delivery

Order Type: Select one option from the list below.

  • Order NoSelect if you do not have a reference number.

  • Ref NoSelect if you do have a reference number.

Label Detail(Select one option from the list below):

  • A4

  • LABEL

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from C3x Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
