Integrating Dalilee with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Dalilee account with Shipra.

Before You Start

Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Dalilee to obtain the following details:

  • Username: The username associated with your Dalilee account.

  • Password: The password for accessing your Dalilee account.

You can reach out to Dalilee Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.

Step-by-Step Integration

Step 1

Log in to your Shipra account at app.shipra.io.

Step 2

Go to Integrations -> Carriers

In the list of all carriers, search for Dalilee

click on activate

Step 3

Enter Dalilee Credentials

You can activate same carrier multiple times with same credentials with different Nick Name

Fill the Detail

Service Type: select one of them.

  • Partner_next_day: Delivery by the next business day.

  • Partner_Same_day: Delivery within the same day of pickup.

  • Partner_4hr: Delivery within 4 hours of order placement.

  • Partner_return: Service for picking up returned items from the customer.

  • Partner_store: Delivery or pickup from a physical store location.

  • Partner_q_commerce: Quick commerce delivery, typically within 30–60 minutes.

Order Type: Select one option from the list below.

  • Order NoSelect if you do not have a reference number

  • Ref NoSelect if you do have a reference number

Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Dalilee Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
