Integrating Salasa with Shipra allows you to seamlessly manage shipments, automate tracking, and streamline the delivery process. This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your Salasa account with Shipra.
Before You Start
Before you begin the integration, you will need to contact Salasa to obtain the following details:
Account ID: Your unique identifier for your Salasa.
Account Key: The account key for accessing your Salasa account.
You can reach out to the Salasa Services support team to get these parameters if they are not already available.
Step-by-Step Integration
Step 1
Log in to your Shipra account at app.shipra.io.
Step 2
Go to Integrations -> Carriers
In the list of all carriers, search for Salasa

click on activate
Step 3
Enter Salasa Credentials

Fill Order Detail

Shipping Method: Pick-up — Only the pick-up method is used for shipping.
Carrier: Select the carrier from the list according to your order (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, Aramex, etc.).
Order Ref Type:
Order No – Select if you do not have a reference number.
Ref No – Select if you do have a reference number.
Once you have entered these credentials, click Activate to link the two systems.

Upon successful integration, Shipra will automatically configure a webhook to receive status updates from Salasa Status. This ensures that tracking and delivery statuses are updated in real-time on Shipra, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of each shipment without any manual intervention.
